This 3 story residence in Chicago, is a conversion of a 1920 mercantile building by architects
Miller Hull and
Studio Dwell, and took a little over 3 years to complete. Much of the original brick walls and timber beams were retained and sit comfortably amongst the finished industrial aesthetic of the house.
